Thanks to Mr. Alberto Vallarino’s initiative and commitment, VerdeAzul Foundation was founded in 2007 to contribute through its activities to the country’s economic, cultural, educational, and social growth.
During its years of work, and with the voluntary support of 36 communities in 5 provinces and 2 indigenous territories (Panama, Cocle, Herrera, Chiriqui, Colon, along with the Ngabe Bugle and Guna), more than 9 thousand students and teachers have benefited thanks to the construction of classrooms, reading rooms, dining rooms, dormitories, aqueducts, and libraries.
VerdeAzul Foundation institutionally supported the formation of a management school, a research center, and several cultural foundations and has supported more than 70 non-profit organizations.
