Code of ethics

The Code of Ethics and Conduct is our reference document that describes the principles and standards of conduct that Grupo VerdeAzul and its subsidiaries expect from all its employees, executives, and directors. It must be respected and complied with by all employees, officers, and directors of the Group. Each employee will receive a personal copy when he/she joins the Group as a guide and consultation of the organizational culture and ethical values expected.

Our 10 Commandments

Use the Verdezuul values as an orientation and guide to preserve and protect the group's integrity, good reputation, and image.
